- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:
- Exchange: We will replace the returned item with a product of equal value from our store.
- Refund: We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
