The moon will become officially new at 2:06am eastern time in the sign of Pisces on February 20.
In general, New moons are a time to tune in to your heart’s desires, set new intentions, and find ways to move forward.
The Pisces new moon falls at 1 degree of the zodiac - making it the 3rd new moon starting in the first degree of a sign (last was 1 degree of Aquarius and before that 1 degree of Capricorn).
The number one signifies new beginnings.
This new moon is really a time to set new intentions - be sure to be intentional with what you are wanting in your life.
The professional and/or personal goals you make right now are likely to be successful.
You may find yourself becoming really aware of what it is you need to let go - allow yourself to release whatever it is - allow yourself to lay to rest painful memories that have haunted you.
By releasing and letting go, you will get clear on what you are creating space to allow in and to clear the way for a greater spiritual purpose.
This is a good time for establishing new rituals and habits - especially anything that demands endurance.
With this new moon, allow yourself to connect into your spiritual side - connecting to your feelings and intuition - allowing yourself to flow with life.
Keep balance in mind though - you want to remain grounded as you connect in spiritually.

MEDITATION
Use a technique from Asara Lovejoy and her book the one command - this works by going into a theta state, which helps with talking to the subconscious mind - thinking about the intentions you have set, create this sentence for you: I don’t know how I am ______. I only know that I do now and I am ____. Example: I don’t know how I am financially independent and maintain my lifestyle. I only know that I do now, and I am fulfilled.
Once you have your sentence down, get comfortable, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. As I count down you are going to allow yourself to relax more and more with each breath you take - when we hit 1 you will be completely relaxed - 10—> 1, think of your sentence now - say it in your mind or out loud to yourself - if at any point a fearful thought pops into your mind go back to the sentence you created and say it

“As you start to come back to the room I want you to imagine white light flowing down from the stars, down through your body, lighting and balancing each of your chakras, flowing out through the power centers in your feet into the core of the earth - fully connecting you to the spiritual realm as you remain grounded. I am a powerful manifestor. I am living my dream life. Thank you Moon. Thank you Universe. Thank you.”
You can take one last deep breath if that feels good - maybe take a quick stretch and when you are ready, slowly open your eyes and take as much time as you need.
